While using video mode at 3.5 zoom, the video started to shake on its own, on and off. In video and photo mode the screenshot is blurry.

Unless you are saying that it happens in all modes, with all on-board cameras, at all automatic and some manual exposure settings and in a light level that doesn't vary much over time then you'll have to work out which combination of those is required to produce the problem by learning which camera is which and experimenting with exposure settings, probablly reducing zoom. I find most of the cameras are pretty **bleep** with anything other than 1.0 zoom (0.6x for the ultrawide) plus there's only optical zoom on the 50MP Telephoto and 12MP Super Telephoto cameras anyway. Common causes of blur include using a low resolution camera (there's at least 4 different resolution cameras from 12MP through 200MP); or shooting in low enough light (and/or with low enough manual ISO setting) that the shutter speed is low enough to result in frames containing camera shake. I shoot almost all stills using the 200MP wide angle camera at 1.0x zoom only, sometimes I use one of the two 50MP cameras and almost never use the 12MP camera then I do my own crop of a suitable final frame and I rarely have blurry frames. The AI photography features can do more damage than good and I have them all off or set as low as possible. I'd start by ensuring I'm using the 200MP camera and, at least for stills, crop the final frame rather than use zoom. Then I'd make sure ISO and shutter speed are on Auto with EV 0.0. If you can reproduce the problem with that you might have a camera problem, or the scene might just be too dim (high Auto ISO makes for noise on frames and a very dim scene can result in low shutter speeds that require a tripod to avoid camera shake).
