Have you attempted to boot your S25 Ultra in Safe Mode? This mode disables all third-party apps from running in the background. By doing this step is completely safe and will not delete any data from your phone.
Safe Mode on a Samsung S25 Ultra:
1. Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons until the power menu appears.
2. Then press and hold the "Power off" icon, and finally tap the "Safe mode" prompt to confirm, which will restart your phone with only essential apps running.
Indicated by "Safe mode" in the bottom-left corner. To exit, simply restart the device normally, and it will return to standard operation.
