My Galaxy S25 Ultra as you See the pic? Half the screen's gone, it's frozen, and the phone's locked up. I can't unlock it, restart it, or even shut it down.

I would call Samsung support and get a an appointment with the nearest Ubreakifixit

Do a hard reset: all volume and power button... hold them until the screen glitches and the phone will restart
