I've been trying for days to make the most out of the AI sketch feature, but I've come across a massive limitation. When I draw humans, the AI assumes that they are fair skinned. I thought that using notes and coloring in the face instead of just using the outlines would help. But even if I color in the face entirely as brown, the images that return are decidedly not brown.

Why can't it generate people in my skin tone?

That was also my thought, though I haven't come across any options like that for me to change. Even so, if I wanted a sketch of multiple people and they had different skin tones, I'd want it to reflect that. It can get the basic color of the dress right though, which makes it more interesting.

Yes.. I struggled at first with using text to image generators until I learned to play around with the keywords. Using "of (insert geographic area of origin) descent" does a good job in my experience. Without the ability to add any text inputs though, it shoild rely on my color choices for skin tone, at least as a guide like it does for clothing. Right?

I think this is my favorite one of all - instead of making her brown, it assumed she was facing away š

I wonder when whiteness will ever be denormalized.
