Hi all, I have until the 14th of Feb to have my s23 ultra sent to Samsung for trade in. My trade in was supposed to be delivered on Monday, however it's been stuck on "nan" with no update for the past 4 days. I shipped it through FedEx and have the receipt. FedEx is really shady and I honestly think someone stole it already because I've called them for 3 days straight and they can't find it and have opened a case. I do not want to get charge when I did everything I was supposed to do, I have my old phone' number as well as the FedEx receipt and I hope that's all that's need for me not to be charged as proof.
