I keep finding strange things in my phone how do I tell if someone has installed am extension

There should be a standard format when a new post is made:
1. Device type (people do post in the wrong forum)
2. Model name and number
3. Carrier model or factory unlocked
4. Carrier name
5. Problem or issue - detailed and specific
6. Troubleshooting tried
7. Want help or just complaining?
