Experienced the worst experience ever with the S25 Ultra

For many years a Samsung lover, everything, phone,watch,laptop. Today that change forever. I pre-order a Samsung S25 Ultra, I received it on February 5, since like 10days ago the phone started restarting by it self, I wrote to customer services and they told me a few things to try. I did everything but nothing happens. Today the phone restarts one more time but never come back 😪. I call them and they said that I can not return, I can not exchange, just send it to repair. Now I have to pay 1350 dls for a repaired phone, a phone that just came out to the market and I have been using for lest than a month. Worst experience ever. I will ever again purchase anything from Samsung since they don't have any protection to their customers. They should be accountable for damage products but they don't. I read a lot of comments regarding to this but I couldn't belive it until happened to me, soo all of you be aware of purchase anything directly from Samsung, even if you want a Samsung product is better if you get it from everyone else, any other company have standard and devolution politics for damage products, but they don't.....at all

There is no way they can force you to pay for a repair when the phone isn't even 30 days old, and you didn't cause the damage. Keep calling customer service back until you get someone who knows what they are talking about and can fix your problem to YOUR satisfaction. Also, the next time you call, you should demand to talk with a supervisor right away. If you don't get satisfaction that way, you can email the CEO.

Make sure device care isn't set to AUTO RESTART.

It's a setting in device care. It auto restarts your phone.

The S 25 Ultra is a great phone.
