For many years a Samsung lover, everything, phone,watch,laptop. Today that change forever. I pre-order a Samsung S25 Ultra, I received it on February 5, since like 10days ago the phone started restarting by it self, I wrote to customer services and they told me a few things to try. I did everything but nothing happens. Today the phone restarts one more time but never come back šŖ. I call them and they said that I can not return, I can not exchange, just send it to repair. Now I have to pay 1350 dls for a repaired phone, a phone that just came out to the market and I have been using for lest than a month. Worst experience ever. I will ever again purchase anything from Samsung since they don't have any protection to their customers. They should be accountable for damage products but they don't. I read a lot of comments regarding to this but I couldn't belive it until happened to me, soo all of you be aware of purchase anything directly from Samsung, even if you want a Samsung product is better if you get it from everyone else, any other company have standard and devolution politics for damage products, but they don't.....at all
