Echoing is heard on the other end of telephone calls using the phone speaker when the S25 ultra top of the physical telephone is angled away from a person mouth.  The echoing ceasing when the angle of the telephone top is next to the person mouth. This echoing was heard from the 1st day the phone was purchased.

I restarted the smartphone in Safe mode and the echoing continued.

The carrier network settings were reset via the smartphone.

The Sim card was removed and e-sim is in use.  No changed in Echong.

I do not want to reformat the phone.  It took me 3 days to setup the phone.  The phone was purchased via Verizon.

Why are you angling it away from your mouth?  If you are holding the phone to your ear, the phone mic should be in the proper position for speaking.  Further away, and you are letting a lot of airflow through.  If you are using speaker phone, you should either have the phone mic directly in line with your mouth about 4 inches away, or on a surface.  Does this happen in all situations, or in certain places.  This phenomenon can occur when you are in a room with sparse furnishings, high ceilings and/or hard floors.

Yes, I am using the phone speaker.  The phone is about six inches away.  The echoing noise is heard on the other end.  People talking into the phone speaker all the time.

Echoing in phone calls does not mean your phone is hacked.  Echoes happen for many reasons - being in a room with sparse furnishings, high ceilings, no carpets; wind noise; issues with the microphone on either end of the conversation; being on speakerphone; all of the above at once. Your contacts that this is happening with might be on speaker with their phone on a bare desk.  It could also be caused by bad connection.

I have the exact same problem. Everyone that I speak to when on speaker phone tells me there is a horrible echo. If I take my Galaxy s25 Ultra off of speakerphone the echo goes away for them. The whole idea of speaker phone is to be able to set it somewhere in front of you and speak hands-free. I have actually had this problem on every Galaxy S series phone I've ever owned going back to s23. It seems to be an issue with the hardware, and it is ridiculous that you cannot use speakerphone without echoing on a phone of this caliber.
