Display brightness/shadow detail

I’ve noticed that Galaxy OS has significantly improved, and I’m seriously considering switching from Apple. However, there are still two key issues holding me back:

1. Password Autofill – It doesn’t always work reliably, which creates a frustrating user experience.
2. Display Brightness and Shadow Detail – In darker scenes, especially in movies, the shadows are often so dark that it’s hard to see anything clearly—even with the brightness turned all the way up. Many people explain this by saying the screen is “too good,” but that doesn’t make sense, especially considering Samsung manufactures the displays for iPhones as well. iPhone screens offer a much better balance, and I’m confident many users would notice the difference if they compared the two side by side.

If Samsung were to address this shadow and contrast issue to match the visual balance that iPhones offer, I’d make the switch immediately.

The autofill generally never noticed any problems with as for the screen or display is dint see any problems

You can adjust the color density in the display settings.  You can use Vivid (which you can control how vivid with the white balance slider) or natural, where it's Samsung's definition of natural, but it seems to be fine for me.  You can probably test this setting by going to Best Buy and playing with a demo model. Some stores' demo models allow changing some settings.

I haven't had a problem with autofill, regardless which autofill app I use.  I do not generally use Samsung Pass; I either use Roboform or Google autofill.  Some apps or websites just do not permit autofill for some things.

You should not have a problem switching.
