When we received the February update, I tried to update my S25 Ultra, but it wouldn't update and gave this message: "Couldn't update. Try updating using Smart Switch on your computer or contact Customer Service." Everything is updated on the phone. I tried restarting and loading safe mode, but nothing seems to work.
Please help

Yes, I do. It's enabled. And I have two phones, both on Verizon SIM cards. One got updated, and the other one didn't.

I know this seems like a lot of question but I'm earnestly trying pinpoint this down to as far as I know what do.

Anyway, so both phones were via hard connection to your PC using smart switch, and only one got the update and the other did not? Also you have two S25 phones?

No. I have 2 phones both are the S25 ultra both on Verizon Sim card.
When February update came in. One got update fine no problems at all
The other one gave me error message so
I restarted the phone and try to update it but the same thing same error
So I restarted the phone on safe mode and the same thing it won't be updated.
So I checked everything like all the apps were uploaded and even the Google play system also updated. And I tried again didn't work same message "Couldn't update
Try updating using Smart Switch on your computer or contact Customer Service"
So I connected the phone to the computer usb-c to usb-c to check if I can use smart switch to update the phone. The smart switch on the computer didn't see the phone.
But I do have access to the phone from the computer like the phone files. Also I Gallery app on my computer and that app can see all my videos and photos that on the phone
So the phone is connected to the computer but smart switch can't see it.

Ok, that helps greatly. Now connect the cable from the problem device to your PC, then open smart switch on PC, go to developer options (you said Debugging is enabled), scroll down to "Default USB configuration", open that and choose "Transferring files". You should see the devices connect in the smart switch program and it should auto-display the update that is needed. I hope that helps.

If you your using a physical Card on a unlocked thats from at&t or Tmobile. Try removing the card and resetting the network settings. You'll have to setup the wifi again most likely. Shutdown and then turn on and try again. If it's ESIM then I'm not sure. One question if your using physical Sim did you contact the carrier or just put it in and went with that? I'm trying to see if that may be an issue with AT&T and Tmoibe has been reported so far on unlocked units

I haven't tried this yet, but I will as soon as possible. Yes, I do have a SIM card from Verizon, and it is automatically activated. I have two phones; one works fine and received the update, but the other one did not.
Both has sim card from Verizon.

eSim can be toggled off and then back on again. It even has that function in the settings/connection/sim manager
