Can't get into Samsung money by sofi

As the title says every time I try to apply for Samsung money by sofi i get an error "that this page is not accessible"

I had that problem and the only fix was to clear app data and start the wallet from scratch.

I've done that and it still hasn't worked

Have you uninstalled and fresh install?
