I looked through here and on the Internet for help accessing the Galaxy store and I still can't. I cleared cache, data, force stopped then restarted phone. Didn't change a thing.

I swear there are so many issues I just don't have the brain space to deal with it. Have important personal stuff I need to get to.  The phone I pay for every month isn't working right one way or another out of the blue & I'm getting angry.

I get a message very similar to this every time I try opening it. I even had a notification to update an app but I couldn't get in.

"Something went wrong while connecting to the Galaxy Store. Try again later (UHE:54d870c0004)"

When I went into Galaxy Store Settings from settings -apps-gaIaxy store I noticed it asking me to log into my account but when I click on that I get another error message. I never logged out and I'm logged in on my phone.

Something went wrong while connecting to the Galaxy Store. Try again later.

Between my provider and Samsung I feel like ripping my hair out sometimes. Don't need these additional issues that I HAVE TO FIGURE OUT, basically. It takes a lot of time and patience to troubleshoot everything and half the time, it doesn't fix the problem anyway.

BTW I'm on Android version 15 & One UI version 7

Have you tried a wipe cache partition?

Have you clear cache in the Galaxy store?

I've cleared the cache and force stopped Galaxy Store. I would think I'm already signed in to my Samsung account on my phone. But it does show that I can sign in. When I try doing that, I get another error message. I really think this has something to do with Samsung's secret folder. Because I'll finally feel like I'm getting somewhere but the store is taking me to secret folder, which I don't care about having access to the store. Attached a screenshot.

I can try cleaning the partition or whatever. Just looked it up. Was just using Samsung notes and it said there's an update but again I couldn't get into the Galaxy store. This has been going on for about a month. And the other day out of nowhere I get hit with a pop-up that says I visited a malicious site. I wasn't even on a browser. Yet AT&T shows no malicious sites have been detected and my phone is supposedly safe (Brave is the one that told me it was malicious). Don't know what to do about that because I wasn't on the Internet and BAM! A pop-up appeared. My brain is about to explode because this is too much for me, too many issues. There's more, just can't think of em at the moment.

It's been about 2 months and I CANNOT find a fix or help anywhere about it. I continue to get error messages when trying to access the Samsung store. BUT, can view it in secure folder. I've gone into Samsung App Info, then App details in store and was only able to see them in my private folder. Otherwise I get the following/similar message:

Something went wrong while connecting to the Galaxy Store. Try again later.

I've restarted my phone, cleared cache, force stopped and cleared cache partition (or whatever you call it). Nothing helped.

What on earth is going on with Samsung products? In addition to this small problem I need my phone fixed because of various, annoying issues, my watch has an ESIM & microphone issue and nothing is getting easier when trying to troubleshoot your devices issues. This is the 2nd or 3 time I've posted this question in Samsung Members. And here I am again. Very frustrating!

Switch from Wi-Fi to Mobile Data (or Vice Versa)

One simple trick that surprisingly works is switching the network connection. When seeing “Something went wrong while connecting to the Galaxy Store” error. Turn off Wi-Fi and switch to mobile data or vice versa, and then the Galaxy Store starts working again in most cases.

Sometimes, the issue might not be with your phone at all, but with your internet connection or DNS settings on your Wi-Fi network. Mobile data often uses a different route to connect to servers, which can bypass such local network hiccups.

So if you’re on Wi-Fi and seeing this error, try switching to mobile data. And if you’re already on mobile data, try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network.

If you put the app in your secure folder, you will get an error when trying to access it from outside. If one can acccess secure apps from outside the folder, there really would be no point in the existence of the folder. Why put the Galaxy store in secure folder anyway? Remove it from the folder and that should solve your issue.

I never put the app in my secure folder. You (should) know how it goes. Have Android Auto in secure folder. Never use it, can't remove it, it's just there not by choice. I can't delete Galaxy Store in secure folder. Can't disable it. I can't access the store in the secure folder either. From secure folder you can view both personal & secure folder apps. I can only access Galaxy Store from Secure Folder. Shows I'm signed in to my Samsung account on both. Maybe I need to remove my Samsung account from secure folder. Idk

If you don't use the secure folder can you delete the folder in it's entirety? Not just trying to delete individual apps. If you cannot delete the folder, you may have to factory reset your phone, the secure folder will automatically be deleted. My understanding is that a copy of the app is put in the secure folder, not the app itself, so can you access it from the app drawer?  I don't see how Android Auto can be in the secure folder, since it is no longer a separate app, but integrated into the system in the connected devices setting.

I can delete the private folder but don't want to have to do all that. And trust me, I hate that I have apps there that I never added. If I didn't mention it before, I can't access Galaxy store on phone but can access it in private folder. I finally had a chat with Samsung and they found the reason, but not sure why it would affect only the Galaxy store. I'll put the reason in a separate post so everyone can see it.
