I looked through here and on the Internet for help accessing the Galaxy store and I still can't. I cleared cache, data, force stopped then restarted phone. Didn't change a thing.

I swear there are so many issues I just don't have the brain space to deal with it. Have important personal stuff I need to get to.  The phone I pay for every month isn't working right one way or another out of the blue & I'm getting angry.

I get a message very similar to this every time I try opening it. I even had a notification to update an app but I couldn't get in.

"Something went wrong while connecting to the Galaxy Store. Try again later (UHE:54d870c0004)"

When I went into Galaxy Store Settings from settings -apps-gaIaxy store I noticed it asking me to log into my account but when I click on that I get another error message. I never logged out and I'm logged in on my phone.

Something went wrong while connecting to the Galaxy Store. Try again later.

Between my provider and Samsung I feel like ripping my hair out sometimes. Don't need these additional issues that I HAVE TO FIGURE OUT, basically. It takes a lot of time and patience to troubleshoot everything and half the time, it doesn't fix the problem anyway.

BTW I'm on Android version 15 & One UI version 7

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be when we receive error messages for the apps on our device. In order to better assist you, Are you connected to Wi-Fi or Mobile data when experiencing this symptom?

I tried both and it didn't change anything. I can only access the store in the secure folder, however, I never put it there, can't delete it or disable it. Samsung just puts apps in there and you can't delete or remove them. Like I mentioned above, I don't use Android Auto so how did it get in my secure folder? I can't delete it, can only disable it while it takes up space.

I went to Samsung site and got in contact with them over chat. He got on my phone remotely and tried a few things. Then asked if I had a VPN. AT&T has one through their Active Armor app, which I always have on (and have months ago when I could access the store). So I deleted the VPN and was able to access the store. I can't imagine that the VPN would show me being in another country. So I'm not completely sure why it worked and whether that's the final fix or not.

So any time I need to access the Galaxy Store from my phone, I have to turn off or delete the VPN. But can access the Galaxy store in my private folder no matter what, VPN or not. Talk about confusing and not making much sense. At least to me it doesn't.
