Can Quick Panel buttons be reassigned

Anyone know if these buttons can be changed to anything else other than what is displayed?

Only 1 of the six i use in the quick panel

Hope Goodluck puts out a customization on these or samsung OS update.

Tell me, are the 6 quick access buttons still there? You know, the top row when you partially swipe down from the top? It would be most inconvenient if they weren't.
