Samsung offers a variety of repair locations, including walk-in Samsung service centers. Select the product that needs service to find a location near you.
If you take it to have it evaluated, and the phone is under warranty, and it is deemed not to be a user induced failure, the repair should be covered under your warranty. They are not going to replace your phone without verifying what is wrong with it and why. They likely wouldn't replace it anyway, but they will repair it. Where did you buy it? Are you still in the return period? If so, wipe it, log it out of your accounts and return it.
