Built-in speakers sounded like reverb and crackling

My s25 ultra built-in speakers sounded like reverb and crackling since it arrived. I took the case off, the pen out, the sim slot out, and nothing worked. 

Support told me to turn off the Bluetooth and restart the phone, and it worked. 

How?
