Contacts list opens up when opening Bud 3 pro

I've noticed lately, (and I haven't changed any settings) when I open my buds case my contacts list opens up! Any thoughts?

Open your earbuds case with Bluetooth on, then open the wearable app/earbuds settings and reset it.

The Buds through the wearable app. When you click reset, just go through with that. Unless there is no issue with the contacts popping up, then I misunderstood.

Do I have to redo an the buds settings?

@Ellin  Yes, it will return the buds back to factory settings.
