Bold font not working

I use MT NEUWELT PRO BOLD as my default system font. Love the text. but bold text not working

Monotype puts out that font, not Samsung. You should contact Monotype about it. Contact info is in the "overview" section of the app listing:

Whenever I switch to bold, I have to restart the phone for it to take effect.
