On my Galaxy S25+ the Bluetooth will not connect to both of my Signia hearing aids at the same time. So if I want to listen to music through my hearing aids I only have sound on one side. Anyone know of a fix for this?

Open the Bluetooth, then forget (or unpair) the Signia hearing aids. Turn off (or remove batteries from) hearing aids. Power down your phone. After powered down, press and hold both the up volume and the side (power) buttons at the same time until the recovery screen appears. Using the volume buttons, move the highlight over "Wipe cache partition", then press the side button. Then use the volume button to highlight "Yes", then press the side button, then the highlight will default back to the top on "Reboot system now" and just press the side button again to restart the phone as usual.

Then turn on the hearing aids again, pair them back up again with the phone and see how that works.

Thanks for the tip, but unfortunately it didn't work. I still only get sound on one side when my hearing aids are connected to Bluetooth. And the sound cuts in and out. When I pair, it shows each hearing aids as a separate device instead of showing one device.

Update: it seems that the issue is specific to Galaxy S25+ with Android 16 One UI 8.0. My Galaxy S22+ has the same software and it works perfectly. My Galaxy Tab S9+ also works perfectly.

Update: turns out that one of the hearing aids lost its assignment as a hearing aid. The hearing aids vendor upgraded the firmware and reprogrammed both hearing aids. Everything works perfectly now.
