Galaxy S25I have Costco hearing aids (probably Phonak) For years my hearing aids worked as both a micrphone and speaker with a blue tooth connection to my Galaxy S20+.
Now after changing to an S25 Ultra the microphone will not work. I believe it did work initially. It does not work at all now.
When will fix this?

Galaxy S25Troubleshooting Steps:
1. Check Bluetooth Connection:
Ensure your hearing aids are properly paired with your phone and that Bluetooth is enabled.
2. Hearing Aid Compatibility:
Go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > More Settings (or cog icon next to your hearing aids) and verify that the "Calls" and "Audio" toggles are turned on.
3. Restart Your Phone:
A simple restart can resolve temporary glitches. Power off your phone, wait a few seconds, and then power it back on.
4. Update Software:
Make sure your phone's software and any related apps are up to date. Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
5. Safe Mode:
Boot your phone into safe mode. If the microphone works in safe mode, a third-party app is likely the culprit. You can then uninstall recently downloaded apps to identify the problematic one.
6. Reset Hearing Aids:
If the problem is with the hearing aids themselves, you may need to reset them. Refer to your hearing aid's manual for instructions on how to do this.

Galaxy S25safe mode did not change anything. I emphasize
(1) that the identical hearing aids worked fine on Samsung S20+ for years and
(2) other folks are complaining about the identical problem [hearing aid was fine on older phone and and ng on S25 Ultra)
I am very disappointed in the S25 Ultra.
