Is anyone else having wifi and Bluetooth issues. My Bluetooth won't connect to my car or my headphones anymore. The icon shows its on but won't connect to anyother devices. I already took it to my AT&T and they did all kinds of test on the phone but no luck. Can someone help.
@burgett2103 If it is a locked device through Verizon, I would think they have to address the issues. If it is unlocked, I would call Samsung support. 1 (800) 726-7864
Same, I've been having this problem as well. I updated my samsung buds then my bluetooth stopped working, the toggle remains gray indicating its going to turn the blutooth on but it doesn't and shuts off. I've also cleared my bluetooth and wifi caches and it worked for a couple weeks but now I have the same problem and I've resented my caches but it hasn't worked this time.
