Is anyone else having wifi and Bluetooth issues. My Bluetooth won't connect to my car or my headphones anymore. The icon shows its on but won't connect to anyother devices. I already took it to my AT&T and they did all kinds of test on the phone but no luck. Can someone help.
I have this same problem. I do play music from my S24 Ultra but it's no longer connecting to media functions indicating only calls. This is concerning.
I spoke with someone from Samsung and they told me I would need to take it in but I would be without a phone for 12 days. SMH. I honestly dont know what to do. I only had this phone for 3 months.
I'm sorry to hear about this issue. Since both Samsung and AT&T have attempted repairs and recommended further testing and potential repairs, that would be the recommended next step. You could also try to find a local, Samsung-certified repair center for testing.

Samsung offers a variety of repair locations, including walk-in Samsung service centers. Select the product that needs service to find a location near you.
Isn't it easier to just replace the phone? I do have a year warranty on this phone. My warranty doesn't expire until September 2026. So why waist anymore time?
Because its always try to repair first since it could be something simple that wouldn't require the phone being replaced.

Yeah sorry to say if they've already tried in store and on the phone that would be the option to have it sent in for testing
