Bluetooth connection issues

Is anyone else having wifi and Bluetooth issues. My Bluetooth won't connect to my car or my headphones anymore. The icon shows its on but won't connect to anyother devices. I already took it to my AT&T and they did all kinds of test on the phone but no luck. Can someone help.

Did they explain what attempts were used to remedy the issues?

Try these two methods: go to settings/general management/reset/reset Wi-fi and Bluetooth settings then click reset. Then power down the device by pressing and holding both the down volume and side (power) buttons at the same time until the power selection screen appears, then power off.

Then press and hold both the volume up and the side buttons at the same time until the recovery screen appears. Using the volume buttons, move the highlight over "Wipe cache partition", then click the side button. The using the volume button again choose "Yes" and then click the side button. It will then default to the top choice "Reboot system now" and press the side button to restart the device as usual. Then go from there.

That's understandable but going several days without a phone is frustrating.

I've had exactly the same problem. It appears to have happened after the November 20th update. I've followed all of the test procedures that were suggested by another Samsung member which I appreciate.

I had same issue with my fold 5, had to the phone to galaxy edge and unfortunately I didn't have insurance on it.

Having the same issue with my fold 5 after the update. My wifi works its the Bluetooth that keeps connecting and disconnecting.

Same problem here. Contacted Samsung they've allegedly escalated the problem to developers. My work around to connect my car audio by Bluetooth is to hard press Bluetooth on phone, go to details, select vehicle connection and turn on audio by selecting the audio button. Sometimes I have to also turn on the calls button.

Update on this from samsung? I can't use bluetooth or wifi at any time and my camera has just stopped working as well.

Hi everyone. I've done everything under the moon that I could find to fix my phone. NO luck.

Bluetooth and wi-fi issues. They only work for about 15 minutes after a restart. Phone shuts bluetooth off and it can't be turned back on. Disconnects from wi-fi and never reconnects or detects networks.

I'd say this definitely began after the latest update.

I have reset wi-fi & bluetooth data. I have reset partitions. I have cleared cache. Everything including a factory reset. Nothing has worked. Is this an issue for anyone?

Right before posting this my camera decided it doesn't work anymore either. I feel like I got updated with incorrect software or something.

Phone is 6ish months old. I went to Verizon earlier this week and they had never heard of these problems and suggested a factory reset.

A factory reset is likely your best option, as this sounds like a corrupted install. Make sure your personal data is backed up.

I already did a factory reset. Clueless at this point
