Bluetooth Hearing aid issues

No Bluetooth audio from hearing aids, they work fine on s21 ultra but not on s25 ultra, Oticon app is invisible can only access through Google play download.

I have done that just yesterday with Miracle Ear.  I read through numerous other posts with this same issue.  I'm not the only hearing aid user with this problem.   My audiologist said Samsung update on 5/14 is when this happened.   She had numerous patients with this issue.  I believe Samsung needs to issue a patch to correct this.

You, yourself just said it dorsnt matter it it's Android or iPhone, that it's hit or miss. Im. It the one who made that statement, so how is it Samsung that has to issue a patch? I think that your audiokigist doesn't have the answer, only knows when it started happening. The app developer probably didid not update their sirtware for the Android update, or the manufacturer did not make a firmware update to insure the aids worked with Android 15.

Because hearing aid manufacturers are slow at updating firmware? Because people don't think to have their firmware updated when they get an update? In any case, complaining here on a user forum instead of putting in an error report will not fix the issue for you. If all your settings are correct, then it's something only either Samsung or the manufacturer can fix. By putting in an error report, the enginerrs can tell you which, and address the issue if its on Samsung's part.

Same here... Just got hearing aids and using S22+. Phone calls not working through hearing Aids - bluetooth drops out! Music via bluetooth works fine though.

I have had to go back to my S10E - hearing aids on a call work perfect.

Any solutions yet???

None. I went to my local Verizon store they reset my network that worked for 3 days then it happened again. I'm waiting to see if the UI8 does anything. Very frustrating

But, have you contacted the hearing aid manufacturer or your audiologist?  Adjustments may have to be made to your hearing aids or the app to make them compatible to the S25 and/or Android 15.

Yes I did and I also filed a report with Samsung.

I am also using the Resound hearing aid app. While I can get the sounds to play through my hearing aids, if I am on a call and move my head, one side or the other cuts out or the sound is distorted. It goes back to "normal" if I move my head back where it was before. The phone is sitting 18 inches from me. I never had this problem on my iPhone 11 - I just switched from it to the new S25 2 days ago.
