Galaxy S25Do you mean spam texts or spam calls? There is no way to block any caller from leaving a voicemail. You can block a number, but all that does is direct the calls straight to voicemail. If you mean spam texts, you can use Google Messages and turn on the spam blocker and it will divert known spam messages to the spam and blocked folder, where you will never see them or get a notification of them until you look at the folder to clean it out (in case a legit one got caught in the spam filter). If you get one that hasn't be caught and blocked, all you have to do is long press it and report as spam, and off it goes as well as any future messages from that number or with that content. Samsung messages does not have an equivalent feature.
