On the members page scroll all the way to the bottom and you will see the beta testing click on it it it's open it will direct you

there's generally a very small window to join the beta once it opens.

Um.... I took the eight beta just fine and I'm on AT&T. All of my other betas have worked just fine. If you would have paid attention though you would know that the beta for 8.5 is currently only being pushed out to Galaxy s25 models at the moment.. and there are already people posting on here how they have the 8.5 beta and that it's working fine for them I will add though however if you are a good luck user I wouldn't suggest downloading it as it breaks most of the good luck modules at the moment

Yeah, it's not an error, there are literally no beta programs available now.

Because they are no Betas at the moment and it will only open to select devices and carriers.  And its unknown when the beta will open
