Assistant menu

I have always used the floating assistant menu to access items quickly, after the one ui8 update the pictures of the items are the only things that appear, that do not have labels underneath them which I find very handy, I've watched several videos and googled the query with no results, anyone here know how to get the labels back?

I always did until this update, I've been searching the hours how to get it back not no luck, when I go to customize by adding it deleting items the labels are there but they disappear as soon as I finish, do you have any idea how to get them back?

What size do you have it set to?

If you have it set to extra small there is no label. Set it to small, there will be labels.
