When using apps. The apps are always stuck on dark mode. Battery saver is off. OS setting set to sunset sunrise. Still stuck in dark mode. Every app I manually have to turn to light or dark mode. Samsung or Android have to fix this bug.

Have you gone into developer options and turned on force dark mode?
