Galaxy S25@unclej50 To access your Apple email account, you will need to visit the Apple account site and create an application specific password. Then use that password when setting up the account in the Gmail app.
How to generate an app-specific password:
- Sign in to your Apple Account on account.apple.com.
- In the Sign-In and Security section, select App-Specific Passwords.
- Select Generate an app-specific password, then follow the steps on your screen.
Enter or paste the app-specific password into the password field of the app when signing in to your Apple Account.

Galaxy S25@unclej50 If you have a @me.com or @mac.com address, register in the app but use @icloud.com.
The automated connection uses the domain name from the address. Apple no longer uses the first two and only uses the icloud.com domain. They all work and point to the same email account.
