Hey All,

Is there a means to change the battery charging indicator in the notification areas to be opposite contrast. It is very difficult for me to see the indictor with black numbers on a white background.

I am not happy with the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra 1TB phone.

After so much advertising, I expected something different and not a change of symbols. For example, the battery percentage is hard to read. The percentage is inside the battery. It should be moved to the left or right of the battery. The changes should be correct and not to justify that something has changed. I hope this error yo be corrected because there is no way to recover with the existing phone settings. The battery life is short for many applications. It should be more than 5000. etc. The new phone is very expensive for the services it offers. I'll think about it if I buy Samsung again.

Nice that they added widgets where you can display all of your galaxy device power levels. However I just want one for my phone. I can't alter the existing widgets to only show one icon for the phone. The reason I need the widget at all is because I find it hard to read the upper right icon now that the percentage is incorporated into the little battery instead of being displayed off to the side.

You can go to settings snd show only the phone, but you will not be able to adjust the size of the widget, so you will just have a blank space. If you want to use the blank space you will have to stack widgets. I don't know why they let you remove devices but not let you resize the widget, but at least you dont have to look at empty circles.1742381375333.jpg1742381375385.jpg1742381375420.jpg1742381375460.jpg

Well, at least your device is more fleshed out than the UI 7.0  as it is showing only the battery icon and it charge level after making the appropriate changes. I do not know if this is a transparency issue or not (on the UI 7.0 widget transparency setting, there is only 3 steps), but the transparency does not take hold on my device. I only did this as a test, not that I need the widget. No matter the transparency setting, the undefined power icon level is still seen as opposed to your example as I have it set to it minimum size.

You would want the slider all the way to the left for total transparency.

OK, but as I stated, do you really need to constantly see the battery percentage or only know when you need to charge it?  If you only need to know when it's going low enough to charge it, you can create a routine to tell you and it takes up no screen real estate whatsoever.

It looks like you turned the transparency slider all the way to the right, not to the left.  100% transparency would be to the left.  I am, as you may have noticed, still on OneUI6.1, so some settings might be a little different, but the transparency has always been consistent with total transparency to the left and full solidity to the right.
