A button keeps on appearing on the right side of my galaxy

Does anybody else have this button that appears but doesn't have an address to it.

Is it on every screen? Is it persistent?

Same app? If so, you can try clearing the app cache in Settings. You could also try wiping the system cache in Android Recovery. That's really weird and I've not seen anything like that.

The green thing that looks kinda like a blob? No clue what that is. Dead pixels? I'm just guessing. Hopefully someone else knows.
