You can do this by using One Hand Operation + on [Good Lock (For Samsung)](https://apps.samsung.com/appquery/appDetail.as?appId=com.samsung.android.goodlock) or [Fine Lock](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=yuh.yuh.finelock) and [Shortcut Maker by Rushikesh Kamewar ](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=rk.android.app.shortcutmaker)
Using One Hand Operation + you can create a handle gesture to "Open Widgets Pop Up". Upon doing the aforementioned gesture you hold the background to "add widget", search for "Shortcut Maker" and select Shortcut (the top one with the arrow). This allows you to add any Shortcut you normally would be able to with the Edge Panel.
FOR AI SELECT: Upon completing the aforementioned steps select activities, search for "AI", select Samsung Capture < and then the first one labeled "Alselect com.samsung.android.app.smartcapture.aiassist.controller.AiAssistSmart ctivity" (This is the one that worked for me, it might be different for you. Make sure to test the Shortcut to see if it works properly), then press "Create Shortcut" Boom! The Shortcut should be now added to your Quick Widget Gesture thingy, allowing you to use AI Select in landscape mode / full-screen.
FOR GOOGLE SMART BAR / SELECT: Upon completing the aforementioned steps select activities < Search for "Google" (You may have to scroll quite far), select Google (With the normal Google Logo), Then select the "Google assistant" (There are two "sets" of Google assistant, it should be in the second set with the normal Google Icon), Mine was the second to last one in the second section labeled "Google Assistant com.google.android.apps.gsa.staticplugins.opa.promo.UpgradePromoTooltipActivity" (sorry if thats confusing). Upon clicking "Try this shortcut" it should prompt you to hold down the nav bar (yes this works in full screen and landscape / horizontal mode), you simply hold the prompted area and you get Google Select! Then simply press "Create Shortcut". Bigger Boom! The Shortcut should be now added to your Quick Widget Gesture thingy-ma-bobber allowing you to use Google Select in landscape mode / full-screen. Sorry if the instructions are unclear / confusing.
I tried my best given how late it is, lol. I am willing to make an unlisted youtube video if requested.
I hope this helps!!!
