I had a Samsung S25 and A14 they both were taken in July during a home invasion. I can’t access that Google account any longer that is tied to my Samsung email. I've tried having my carrier help to no avail. How can I get last location of devices and change email on my account. Any help would greatly help.

Sorry to hear about your experience.

You can recover access to your Google account using this official help guide: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/7682439?hl=en

You can see the last known location of your devices using SmartThings Find or Google Find Hub if you were signed into those services at the time.

Unfortunately it is highly unlikely that you will be able to recover the devices at this point short of assistance from law enforcement.

If it is any consolation at all, it is very unlikely that they were able to actually use the devices thanks to FRP. The moment they attempted to reset the devices, they would have activated the FRP lock, preventing anyone from using the device without using your Gmail credentials.

I don't understand 6 months later asking these questions.

Because I also was diagnosed with lung cancer during that time. I have a lobectomy just now recovering enough to to get my life back. I have been trying through my carrier and law enforcement.

I apologize, so sorry that you have to deal so many things at once.

You can contact Google and explain your situation. It would be helpful to have on hand the number of your police report.

Assuming you did not have a passcode on your devices then? They would have had to go into settings and sign out your devices.

Remote access is less likely, but not impossible. Maybe you had credentials written down somewhere in the home where they could have obtained that info?

Either way, you should definitely change your account passwords and secure your accounts for future use.

Again, sorry you are going through all this.
