They probably won't do it because it's not legal to voice record in every state without permission. That's why you'll get this call is being recorded messages when calling companies.

Well it can't be a full legal thing because Apple put in iOS 18 the ability to record phone calls so if there was any legal issues Apple would have been sued by now about that
