Sorry, but no. The camera rings are bigger on the S25, and the dimensions are slightly different as well.
Samsung Galaxy S25:
Dimensions:146.9 x 70.5 x 7.2 mm (5.78 x 2.78 x 0.28 in)
Samsung Galaxy S24:
Dimensions:147 x 70.6 x 7.6 mm (5.79 x 2.78 x 0.3 in)

Yes, you can make it fit, just like a square peg in a round hole. However, the volume rocker, the side key, the camera and speaker cutouts all will be off somewhat, the buttons will probably not work perfectly and the camera cutouts may block part of the lens and obscure the picture. So, if you can live with that, oh, the case may fall off too, go ahead and try it.
I'm currently using s25 case for my s24 and I found out that only the camera cutout is ever so slightly bigger. The button layouts are identical (so no issues) I had held both s24 and s25 together and found no difference other than the camera size (it took a while though) . But s25 wouldn't fit in s24 case.
