I've tried everything, and I mean everything. Reseting wifi, restart phone, changing IP, everything I can possibly do. Nothing works. My computer can connect with no problem.

Is your phone getting assigned an IP address? Can you ping the router? Is your computer connecting through wifi, or ethernet?
