Why isn't one ui 7 out yet?

It was rumored that One UI 7 was supposed to release on February 7th for all S24 devices. Any help or answers, please?

It takes time to perfect it on older models it’s currently waiting for beta 4 due to a screen issue that arised that they are fixing.
