Is it just me or is anyone else noticing when you ask why you can't uninstall an app that we never agreed to put in, or when an app is doing something wrong has anyone noticed the response that they always give when they do reply back. It's the same response and they really give no reason why the issue is happening or what to do about fixing the issue.

Manufacturers and carriers are fond of including bloatware... er, "featured apps" on their devices. Some can be uninstalled: others are system apps that can be disabled, but not uninstalled. Disabling the app will remove it from your app drawer and it will not take up any resources.

@chris49 Often an app provided by the manufacturer provides a service which the OS uses, either occasionally or often. Removing that app would break or degrade proper OS operation.
