Unable to register device through the Samsung Members app

Bought S24 FE only because samsung in my region gives another one for free, but you need to register the one you bought and another will be sent by mail. The only way to register it is over samsung members app, but suddenly samsung member app redirects register button to browser and than inform you that you can't register over browser.

So tried to go all the way into settings and when I get to "supported web adresses" section there is no slide button to enable or disable it, looks like a bug because i cant find that case anywhere.

Then i tried to uninstall samsung and chrome browser, restarted my phone and got into S Members app and i click on register inside just to get a small shy second long message "Can't use this feature", i dont like dirty games and it seems like it will be "fixed" in the next update when the promotion is over and i still have time to return the phone so i would like to know is this the case for anyone else atm. Thanks

What is your region? You should be able to obtain your bonus by registering the phone in your Samsung account. In any case, Samsung put up a notice that they were discontinuing product registration through the members app.  The notifications can be found by tapping the "megaphone" icon on the upper right of the Members app home page.

HI, Im from Croatia.

Well still steps on the official page are showing that it has to be done over members app, how am i supposed to do it otherwise?

Support for U.S. devices and services are the focus of this forum.  You would have to find the forum for your region.  If you are being told to register your product through the Members app, there must be a Members app specific to your region, and it may still have the registration option.  You can check here. https://www.samsung.com/visitcountry/  

 

My guess is you were being told to register through the Members app because it's a convenient way, but it results in the same registration to your Samsung account, even if you register through your regular Samsung account.

No, its just a technical issue, not related to my region, to start this promotion i need to click a link in Members app, i can't do it otherwise, but members app redirects me through browser, just to put a note to register through members app. There is no samsung forum in Croatia, and people working for samsung in croatia are "sorry for inconvenience but we are useless" type of people, thats why i am here. Still thanks for help.

You can no longer register products in the Members app.

You can in Shop Samsung or on their website.

Well since samsungs agent says he has no idea how to solve it i consider whole promotion a scam

You still have time to return the phone if you only bought it for the promotion. Since the promotion is only available in Croatia, the Members app for the EU/Croatia will have different content and links than the U.S. version. You might try contacting the webmaster or community manager through your app.
