Hi there! Well, believe it or not, this is a known problem with the synchronization of your Samsung account and your device normally. Basically, the issue lies with WHERE the notes you wish to delete are held for storage. Since the SD card went the way of the Dodo, your notes are kept mainly backed up on the Samsung cloud. So if you have already tried long pressing the note's name until a popup appears offering to bin it, then go into your settings and follow these steps to hopefully resolve the issue. 1. CLEARING THE PHONE'S CACHE: Go to your device's Settings-Apps-Samsung Notes-Storage-Clear Cache (This is not going to delete anything but it'll help performance problems in the future for you. š) 2. Syncing with the Samsung Cloud: Settings-Tap on your Samsung Account/Profile located at the top of the Settings menu-Samsung Cloud- Tap on the Samsung Notes toggle to toggle it off. -Tap on "Back up data" to begin a new sync process without the Notes. Now try to go back and delete them off of your device. This should, should I hope, work. Once you delete whatever you wish, don't forget to go back and toggle the Notes back on to sync up with the cloud thus not losing anything in case something ever happens to your device.
