This is my last Samsung product. I've never been so consistently displeased with a company while still getting and using more of their products. Apparently I crave the opportunity to be angry at an object multiple times a day.

My guy, try posting your problems so yeah. Some of us in figure out how to help you or maybe join your venture and move on. You're not the first one who has had problems with the company, but next time post what's going on? So everyone knows and like that. They take measures to avoid those problems themselves.
Or move on from the company if they don't care. To fix it

I also have a s24, fe, and im feeling the same way. And I can't get anybody that can make any decisions on what to do, to do anything but send an email stating they can't speak onit through email, has to be phone convo. My last device was straighttalk but had been unlocked for almost a year and I wake up to an update and it says invalid Sim. I had tmobile Sim in but after such a runaround I just start trying things and come to find out it would only work with Verizon network and these folks blamed the original carrier. Okay. But they locked it to where it wouldn't work with them anymore. Smh
