Theme Park Automatic Icon switch based on time

Is it possible for Samsung to add a feature that allows users to have the Theme park app automatically switch between 2 different icon packs based on time of day. This would be very useful when using dark theme apps. For example using a Light themed icon pack then having the app switch to a different/dark theme icon pack based on what time the user sets in the app
