Hello, I would like to know which Samsung department could handle this case...
While I was in Spain, I decided to use the official warranty service provided by Samsung Iberia EspaƱa for my Galaxy S24+.
I sent my phone at the 22 of November, and they lost it! Since then they have neither provided me with a replacement phone nor issued a refund. They are simply ignoring all my requests or keep answering like doing the best.
I would like to escalate my issue to Samsung Global Support or someone who is a head of this guys.
