I'm tearing my hair out and hoping someone can help.....
For the last couple of weeks I no longer receive a notification on the audio system screen when I receive a text message on my phone.
I used to be able to see the message pop up and press the read button etc then respond with either the standard messages or custom messages.
I also used to see all my messages under the "connections" tab and I could choose a particular person then send them a message from the standard messages or custom messages.
Now when I click on the connections tab, I get this message: "text messages are being updated" - but then nothing appears.....
I've tried absolutely everything, including spending several hours at the car dealers and the samsang store.
