Stress/oxygen app not working

Hi, I've used this app for a long time and was able to test my stress, oxygen, and blood pressure, then it stopped. The app said you have to have premium in order to continue to use them. I eventually got premium and have had it for a long while. I still am unable to use them. I have been keeping up with updates and still can't. I don't know what to do, I have medical conditions and these would help a lot on the go. Please help, what do I do? I just got the Galaxy S24 Ultra yesterday and still can't use them.

Is it a Samsung app? You cannot expect help with an app without naming the app.
