Smarttag2 function for routines issue

I have the smarttag2 and it has functions for routines where u can press and hold the button but a majority of the settings are greyed out, I tried downloading modes and routines and routines plus but no luck.

@Cortru619 Do you have a Device (like a light, door lock, etc.) registered in SmartThings?

Do you have a routine defined and enabled in SmartThings? 

I'm guessing that those are greyed out because you don't have something defined to use.
