Hello
Since last Sunday I get every 2-3 hours a request to sing in to my outlook emails. When I click on the notification I don't have to insert the password and it works again. That happened to a lot of people that I know.
Since last Sunday, I have been receiving a request to sign in to my Outlook emails every 2ā3 hours. When I click on the notification, I donāt have to enter my password, and it works again. This has happened to many people I know.
I tried singin out and in again and clearing the email app cache, but it didnāt help. How can I fix this?

Galaxy S24Sounds like an outlook problem if it's happening to other people. Their servers may be having issues. If it was only you, I'd recommend clearing the app's data, since you already cleared the cache. Clearing the data resets the app, you will have to log in again (which you are already doing anyway) and reset some settings, but will not delete your emails. However, as I said, the fact that others are having this issue would indicate a Microsoft problem.

Galaxy S24this is not an outlook problem. its for sure the samsung email apk. happens on many of the phones i manage at my office too. emails will come through, but this popup slows down delivery. happened on my s22ultra, upgraded to s25ultra this week, issue is happening on the new phone as well. not OS related as they are on different OS builds.

Galaxy S24Well, then the answer would be to use any other email reader app than the Samsung one. Heck, even just use Outlook.

Galaxy S24There is only one e-mail client that is 100% compatible with an Outlook e-mail. That is Outlook. I work in IT, and every time someone has a problem with their e-mail on their cell phones it is because they are not using Outlook.

Galaxy S24Interesting that the person with the problem does not want to do the thing that will solve the problem. You are willing to use an app that gives you an annoying and disruptive error message pop up for however long Samsung takes to fix it, if ever. If you don't want to use the Outlook app, and I don't know why you wouldn't, try another mail reader app, such as Thunderbird, Bluemail or any other that's available in the Play store and see if that works out better for you. Or stop using an Outlook email address. Have you put in an error report with Samsung? You can do so by going to the support tab in the members app and submitting feedback. Submitting an error report is the only way this issue will be addressed.

Galaxy S24Thank you, I'll do it. I like the Samsung email, all my address in one app.
