Secure wifi no longer working

After the latest security update August 24th 2025? Secure wifi no longer works on my s24 ultra. It just keep failing to connect to a secure server.

Did you wipe cache partition after the update?

1) Turn off your device.

[Your device may need to be connected to a powered USB device (ex: computer) before proceeding to the next step.]

2) Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Side/Power button until you feel a vibration and the Samsung logo appears. Let go of the buttons.

3) You will now be in Android recovery. Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Wipe cache partition."

4) Press the Side/Power button to execute.

5) Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Yes."

6) Press the Side/Power button to execute.

7) "Reboot system now" will already be highlighted. Press the Side/Power button to execute.

As the title states. The WiFi on my S24+ will not turn on. It looks like it tries to turn on but basically times out. My Hotspot and any other services that utilize WiFi also do not work as well. I already tried to reset network settings, Cleared Cache partition, soft reset, hard reset, and router reset. Everything except factory defaulting my phone and opening the phone and physically removing and installing the WiFi antenna like it is the late 90's and early 2000's reseating RAM.

I have same issue on S22 Ultra, even factory reset phone and issue still hasn't gone away. Samsung hasn't responded with any type of fix.

Anyone else's wifi not showing up in the settings? My wifi was showing up before the update, not my phone isn't connecting to the wifi.

My wifi isn't working either after this stupid update.. Samsung needs to fix this!
