If you had "reset with Samsung account" enabled in secure folder settings, you would be able to. If not, unfortunately, there is no way. If enabled, the "Forgot password" doesn't show until you actually enter the wrong password first.
Furthermore, if you didn't have "reset with Samsung account" enabled, there is no way, let me repeat that, no way you can get into your secure folder. So, I hope you can remember your password if you did not enable "reset with Samsung account" .
