For the past months apps I used to take screenshots, (Ex. Temu, Instagram, etc.) and now I get message that screenshots are not allowed. Yet I have done research and response show that screenshots are still allowed on app and website, so what's going on with my device?
I have no issue taking a screen shot on TEMU or Instagram. Try clearing the app cache for each app. Also try wiping the phone's cache partition. You can also try clearing the cache from Samsung Capture. To find Samsung capture in your apps list, go to settings/apps turn on "show system apps" and search for Samsung capture.
